Okay so you now have a TV, you must know by now tha tmost TVs in 2015 come with an assortment of features. You no longer have to worry about many things like lag and stuff. Most TVs now days come with standard lag proofing features not to mention the service you need to even have lag in the first place is that most TVs are conencted to the WiFi that is right, most TVs now come with standard wifi conneciton meaning you can stream anything and everythign you want to stream from the comfort of your living room. You now have the ability to make your viwing list as personalised as you like record yoru favourite shows with the press of a button so even if you are not at home you can watch it once you do get home. There is so much convenience now, and every year more new features are added both in to TVs and their control systems, and one thing that results from this increased addition of features is that people do not know how to use it. People simply don't know. They are overwhelmed with the technology, so today we are going to be covering just one of the many thousand features available and that is.... wait for it. HDMI. Do you know what is possible with HDMI? Absolutely anything you desire. Say you cant find waht you are looking for on foxtel, granted, this would be quiet difficult since so much is possible to find there, but still, some music videos and things that you might want to watch on 4k might still not be on foxtel, this is where HDMI comes in HDMI allows you to connect your laptop or any other electronic device with a HDMI out port direct to your TV so that whatever is on your laptop then comes into your TV screen the result of this is that you are able to watch anything you can watch on your LAPTOP right on your TV inrecible right? You will never have to pay for anything ever again, and you can watch all your obscure taste in music videos right at your home using your laptop.

What is the catch here well ofcours if you want the video to not be blurred you will need to stream that movie or music video you arewatchign in 4k or at the very least 1080p, why? because well the resolution and screen size of yout TV is probably much much bigger than that of your laptop so anything that is on your laptop will become stretched to 10 times the size, and what happens when you stretch an image? it becomes blurred. So to avoid this you will need to stream in the highest resolution possible and to do that you will need to have very fast internet. So those are some of the basics of HDMI make sure you are up to date with your knowledge on the features of your TV. Another interesting fact is that most of these thigns are controllable of the remot control you have these days. That means once you connect the laptop you can control it from the remote control of the TV.
